Curling is a sport in which players slide stones across a sheet of ice towards a target area.

Curling is the icy form of bowls. You have a target area marked by circles at one end of the ice, and you have to slide big round stones with a handle across the ice so that it slides on its own into the circle. The player closest to the centre wins.
