Here is just one comment that a customer made:

Dear Sirs,
While on Holiday in Devon this year I visited a wide range of attractions that suited the whole Family, My two children 10-year-old boy and 12-year-old girl picked the Quad world flyer out of an information centre.
As a family of four we paid a visit to the site to try quad biking. On arrival I was very impressed with the facilities as my wife decided to watch while having a coffee and watching from a well thought out viewing gallery, The safety briefing was very good and catered for all ages and different standard of riders.
The safety equipment was in good order and comfortable to wear, once on the track the instruction from all staff was second to none helping and assisting with all and younger children than mine.
I enjoyed the experience myself and it was very hard to get the kids away from the site, I would recommend a visit to anyone as they cater for all.
With motor sport always getting a hard time because of safety issues, I thought it necessary to view my comments on a well run attraction, the safety culture at the site was very impressive and deserves a recommendation.
As a family we will return to Devon and enjoy a good English holiday.
Well done 10 out of 10 and good value for money !!!!!!!!
Regards,
Danny Gilham

Quad World is set in beautiful countryside. There is no admission fee and parking is free – including a designated space for the elderly/disabled. The whole site is maintained to a very high standard and is very pleasing to the eye. They take enormous pride in their site and buildings and they are very environmentally friendly, having planted over 8000 trees. They have their own spring water supply on site, reed bed and have built a fantastic restaurant for people to use.

All of the quad bikes are pristine. They are maintained to beyond the manufacturer”s guidelines, they are all governed to H&S regulations and they only use the correct size quad bike for you as the rider. Everyone is an individual and you will find that your quad bike ride is tailored to suit you.

Before any quad bike riding commences there is a demonstration briefing on how the quad bikes operate and the rules of the track, and then anyone riding is checked that they have the correct riding wear, ie long trousers, boots/appropriate footwear and long sleeved tops – no one can ride in open toed shoes, shorts or t-shirts. They then kit the rider up with half body armour, full face helmet, goggles and gloves (if required).

When under the age of 18 you will be introduced to your quad bike instructor who will physically sit on the back of the machine and teach you how to ride and to master the track. This is probably the most nervous part of the visit and everyone is treated as an individual, indeed staff stay with riders until they are confident they can ride on their own and that the rider is comfortable to also ride the quad bike solo.

quad biking safely

Once you are solo you are fully monitored the whole time you are out there. Spectators can watch in a safe undercover area or they can relax in the restaurant and watch from the very large glassed viewing area whilst eating homemade produce and local products. You can even bring your dog with you.

When you are out quad biking, if you are a child you will not be riding with any adults at the same time unless they are part of your family or with whom you came – Staff are very conscious that no one is riding with a mixed group and that everyone feels comfortable riding on the half mile circuit.

Once riding is completed then there is an opportunity to view the professional photographs that have been taken whilst you were out quad biking (subject to photographer being on site) and you can then take your treasured memory home with you either as photographs or on a disc to share with others.

Quad Biking Birthday Parties

If you are having a birthday party you maybe facilitating our quad biking birthday packages or their BBQ or you may have brought your own picnic – again there is a large area where you can sit and eat and relax. Everyone is welcome to stay as long as they want.

Buy a Quad Bike

Quad World”s showrooms are bursting with quads for sale, both road legal and off road and of course we have the full range through from children to adults – we also sell all the safety equipment ie helmets, gloves etc and also clothes for both racing and leisure. If you purchase a quad bike from Quad World then you will receive full training on how to ride and how to maintain your quad bike. Quad World has a fully stocked workshop for repairing and maintaining your bike including preparing bikes for those who want to go on further and take up the Quad Bike competitions. These are extremely addictive and good fun and are run by a separate local club.

Quad World has supported many local charities over the years and indeed held a Fathers Day Challenge last year raising over some £1500 given to two local charities.

As a family run business and with children of their own they are very conscious that people want to value for money and for their children to have an excellent experience and for it to be safe. They promote where possible green ethics. Quad World can provide quad biking gift vouchers as ideal presents – no one needs to feel left out and therefore no matter what your age or ability they can help you realise your dream and have a go quad biking.

Another customer testimonial

Just a quick email to send an ENORMOUS thank you to everybody at Quad World who helped my son onto a bike and then allowed him to ”go it alone” – I can assure you that he LOVED it and I am so grateful that, owing to your understanding and professionalism you have helped in the development of a young lad! Again many thanks. Steve Birley (Father of William)

Why not go quad biking and discover the thrill for yourself. If you don’t try, you will never know.
