With just a few weeks until February Half Term, when countless Brits will be making a dash for the mountains, don’t have that FOMO feeling (Fear Of Missing Out) – The Snow Centre, Hemel Hempstead offers Lift Passes all week from 8am and Juniors can book into a group Ski School Lesson to hone their skills.
2 Day Holiday Courses
Whether Skiing or Snowboarding, complete beginner or powder hound these Holiday Courses hit the spot this February Half Term. Juniors aged 4 – 6 years can take to the slopes for 2 x 1 Hour Lessons for just £59 whilst those aged 7 – 16 years can book in for 2 x 2 hour lessons for £110.
Choose from Monday 15th – Tuesday 16th or Wednesday 17th – Thursday 18th, with
Easter dates also available.
Alpine Ski School
The Newly added popular Alpine Ski School is back on Friday 19th February.
Juniors enter at Green, Blue or Red level based on previous experience and The Snow Centre will do the rest.
Starting with a traditional ski school ‘ski off’ juniors will be entered into a group appropriate to their level.
4 – 10 years old will enjoy 2 Hours for £55 or 11 – 16 years old 3 hours for £79, with a half way break for refreshments which are included before heading back out onto the snow.
*NEW* SNOW GARDEN OPEN
The Snow Centre has built a NEW Snow Garden specifically tailored to children aged 2 – 5 years, to experience the magic of snow at the base of the 160m Main Slope.
Just £4.50 per child for 30 minutes – fun features including a mini snow slide.
The Snow Garden is open from 5th March – 5th June every Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 3pm, and Tuesday mornings 9.30am – 12.30pm, as well as on Bank Holidays throughout the year.
Childrens helmets included. Clothing can be hired for £7 per person, and gloves purchased for £10 per pair. Footwear is not available to hire.
Each child must be accompanied by an adult with no more than 2 children per adult. Adults go free.
SLEDGING SESSIONS FROM 5TH MARCH 2016
Fun for both tots, teens and grown up kids alike with no experience required – whizz, spin and slide down the slopes aboard a Rubber Ringo or Sledge.
Just £8.50 per person for a 30 minute, fun filled session from 4 years and over. Sledging sessions available from 5th March 2016.
